IT COST TOO MUCH - Shakeology Truths

”WTH? - I Can’t Do $119”
Yes, I know - times is hard on the boulevard. Everyone is screaming broke and the holidays are approaching. BUT you’ve been thinking about ordering that Shakeology …..
$119 just kicks you where it hurts.
I FEEL YOU!
OK let’s explore this a lil bit…The cost of Shakeology on Home Direct/autoship (you get free shipping with home direct) is $119.99. Plus tax, say around $126, for one month’s supply (1 serving a day for 30 days). Each shake comes out to about $4.20. The coach price for Shakeology on autoship is $89.99 or around $96 total. Each serving comes out to $3.20 for Beachbody Coaches.
Now if you are using Shakeology as a meal replacement (which will help you lose weight) the 30 day supply bag may just be your cup of shake! When you replace a meal with the Shakeology, you have also replaced the need to buy, cook, or find that meal! So for one month you don’t need to go out for lunch in the middle of your work day. (Go out - just have your shake). You don’t need to cook a healthy breakfast - it’s in ya cup. Or your dinner is relatively pre-made.
The cost of an average lunch at a restaurant or take-out: $6 to $9. Even Subway footlong sandwiches which are reputably low calorie, average 460 to 560 calories. Shakeology has 140 calories, less than 1 gram of fat per serving, annnnnnd it’s truly nutrient rich. Even as you add your ingredients to produce your own blend, you are in control of your calorie amount! No Guess Work
The cost of an average take out or restaurant dinner: $10 & up…
The cost of a home-cooked lunch or dinner: 6-8 ounces of chicken = $2.00 (and we are talking low-grade chicken), veggies= $1 (frozen veggies are really okay! hurray!) and 1 sweet potato = from .5 to $1.00. Total= about $3 - $4.
Remember - Each shake comes out to about $4.20.
Conclusion: If you are spending about $3-4 on any meal throughout your day, you could use those funds towards Shakeology and improve your “inner fitness”.
We think nothing of spending $5 on mass-produced food that doesn’t truly nourish us, and protest that $4.20 for Shakeology is too expensive…
OH YEA - I DO UNDERSTAND-the lump sum is what makes the hit hard…BUT I urge you to reconsider the quality of what you put inside your body as you look at your wallet. Maybe re-organizing the lunch money can bring Shakeology into your kitchen as a permanent declaration of your health…
Maybe rethinking things…
